Q2 How long are the sections of LED profiles? Can I order a non-standard section length?
A2 Well, the standard lenght that offered is 1167mm and 2330mm. Obviously, profiles are also cut at the Customer request.It is possible to order profiles in “n” times of 166 mm, where n is the Integer, and 166 mm is the minimum length of the optic unit.
Q3 What is the LEDs in XLINE PLUS™ LED Linear Lighting?
A3 Original Samsung 2835 /3030 SMD LEDs, LM80 qualified. Other LEDs brands such as Luminleds from Philips, or Osram offered as bespoke solutions.
Q4 What is the driver brands for your Xline™ Linear Lighting system ?
A4 The standard offers LEDGEAR™ designed manufacture by Kinglumi, performance premium quality with universal certifications approved, Central Emergency System, CBS (central battery system, 0 Hz 220-240V). Other brand drivers Tridonic, Helvar, Meanwell, BOKE only offered on request.
Q5 What is the material for the housing of the LED Linear Lights?
A5 The housing(profile) and end cap made of extrusion 6063 aluminium alloy. Which ensures the excellent thermal management and long lifespan.
Q6 How about your quality warranty for Xline™ Plus?
A6 5 years factory warranty for the Linear Lights, 3 years for other brand drivers.
Q7 How to choose led linear lights?
A7 The cheapest or the most functional? of course not! There are different designs and product positioning. So, it’s better to compare by, what installation, target applications, dimming control system, LEDs Brand, UGR value and quality control in design and production, etc.
Q8 How do Kinglumi(K&L) provide ODM service for clients?
A8 Kinglumi offers ODM service to any potential partners, a 36 R&D team in aspect of industrial design, optics design, ECGs control design, software design… with over 14 years experience will serve you once you have a ODM requirements. The sales are the main contact and some key projects, our Product Manager might be involved to contact you. You just give us your target(mostly the data), that it. Kinglumi will design and find many solutions for you. And then make prototype samples, tooling.. trial production, certifications…. they offered one stop service.
Q9 Can Kinglumi provide lighting design solution(lighting layout by Dialux)?
A9 Yes, Kinglumi can provide lighting solution for our clients, clients need to provide the size of the building and its reflection rataion, required lux level on what height from floor, Kinglumi’s optics & lighting team will provide professional lighting solution to our clients.
Q10 Is tunable white human centric lighting function ready?
A10 The Xline™ Plus current offer single CCT only, but tunable white(2700K to 6500K) offered on request, and controlled by DALI Device Type 8 currently. For Casambi, Zigbee or other control platform, Kinglumi can offer the Xine™ Plus without the linear driver.
Q11 How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A11 Usually, Kinglumi ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. airline and ocean(sea) shipment also for option.
Q12 Is it OK to print my logo on led continuous linear light product?
A12 Yes. all documents for customized packaging need to be received as easier as possible that before the production. A certain MOQ and unit price might be re-evaluated once the packaging totally changed.
Q13 What the UGR (Unified Glare Rating) level? And the Light Limit @ 65° and 55°
A13 There a different optics and light distributions that achieve UGR 19, 22, or 25, ask Kinglumi sales for solution proposal. Also the light limited can be lower than 1000, or 3000cd, all these is decided by the optics and lumen delivery.
Q14 What light distributions available for option?
A14 The Xline™ plus is designed to meet almost of the light schemes: General lighting: batwing 85°x85°, lambertian 110°; Aisle lighting 30°x70°; Wallwasher(single or double): asymmetric 25°x90°, 55°x90°.

A15 Different lighting distributions are designed for different application places, Kinglumi R&D optics engineers designed the many different optics as for the following:

Q17 Is the Xline™ Plus able to be installed into seamless continuous row, or other patterns?
A17 Yes, the Xline™ plus provides two different packaging, one is continuous version(equipped with continuous plug-in cables), and the other is individual/standalone packaging. For the continuous version, there are I, L, T, X installation connectors, and also there are end cap. For the continuous installation and wiring, please watch the Youtube video as following.

Q18 What kind of Finish Color available for order?
A18 Matt Black and Matt White are the standard finish, while the Oak Wood Finish only available for individual Xline™. Except the mentioned finish, all others need to be order on request.
Q19 What color temperature of the led linear light?
A19 3000K Ra 82, 4000K Ra82 and 5000K Ra82 is the standard; please inquire Kinglumi sales for other CCTs.
Q20 Does the led linear light can dimmable?
A20 Yes, there DALI and 0-10V dimming options beside the ON/OFF version.
Q21 Is there any sensor control option for Xline™ led linear light?
A21 The standard ones not provide with any sensor, but it is possible to add the daylight harvesting, or motion sensor.

A22 There are specular louver with PMMA lens: (85°x85°, 30°x70°, 25°x90°); opal diffuser:110°; and specular louver with opal diffuser: 55°x90
